Jack Thompson - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer [show][hide]
Our founder, Mr. Thompson, is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in building successful telecommunications leasing enterprises. Prior to establishing TAMCO in 1994, Mr. Thompson held various positions with the Williams Communications Group (WilTel), TIE Communications, and Telecommunications Specialists Inc. (TSI). The recognition of TAMCO by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in North America marked the fourth time a company under his leadership has achieved that designation.
Also a passionate philanthropist, Mr. Thompson established the TAMCO Foundation in 2008 for which he serves on the Board of Directors. TAMCO Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated solely to assisting our severely injured men and women returning home from conflict abroad.
Todd Frankel - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer [show][hide]
Mr. Frankel joined TAMCO in 1996 and has been our CFO since 1998. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he is a CPA and previously was a Senior Auditor for the international CPA group – KPMG. His telecommunications leasing experience prior to coming on board includes several positions at GTE Corporation (currently known as Verizon post-merger with Bell Atlantic), where he served as both an Internal Auditor and Manager of the Lease Accounting Group within their captive leasing company. Mr. Frankel also serves on the Board of Directors for the
TAMCO Foundation.
Joe Privitera - Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer [show][hide]
As COO, Mr. Privitera is primarily responsible for the management of our operations and partner support programs. Mr. Privitera brings over 30 years of telecommunications and leasing industry experience to the senior management team. Before joining TAMCO in 1997, Joe was with TIE Communications for over 20 years, where he held a variety of management and executive positions including National Sales Manager, Regional Vice President of Sales, and Assistant Corporate Controller. Mr. Privitera also serves on the Board of Directors for the
TAMCO Foundation.
Paul Metzheiser - Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing [show][hide]
Mr. Metzheiser joined the TAMCO team in 1996 and is the lead for not only sales, but also marketing strategy and direction for both the United States and Canada. Prior to coming on board, Mr. Metzheiser also held management positions at other notable telecommunications companies such as USN Communications, WilTel Communications, and TSI. Mr. Metzheiser is a graduate of the University of Tampa.
Rich DeMartin - Vice President of Credit and Operations [show][hide]
Mr. DeMartin joined TAMCO in 2008 and has extensive experience in credit, portfolio, and operations management dating through the 1980’s. Mr. DeMartin’s resume reflects several major companies such as Conseco Finance, Bell Atlantic Leasing, and Wells Fargo Financial Leasing. Currently working to oversee our credit and operations department, he also assists with managing the relationships with our secured capital sources. Mr. DeMartin is a graduate of the Montclair State University in New Jersey.
Charles Baker - Vice President of Information Technology [show][hide]
Mr. Baker holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Management and Forensic Accounting in addition to two Bachelor’s degrees: firstly in Accounting and another in Management Information Systems. Currently, Mr. Baker oversees all of our technology needs. Prior to joining TAMCO in 2007, Mr. Baker spent 21 years with the Eckerd Corporation holding such positions as Sr. Director for JC Penney Catalog Operations, Sr. Director of Price Integrity, and Sr. Directory of Labor Scheduling.
